My name is Niccole Rovang and I have lived in Washington's breathtaking San Juan Islands my whole life. Raised in Anacortes, located in Skagit Valley, the small town community was "Center Stage" with an audience of island, farm, and waterfront luxury properties.

My beautiful daughter, Jazmin, graduated from Western Washington University in 2019 and began to build her new life in Bellingham, WA. My husband, Jim and I decided to pack up our home furnishings and move close by, in Whatcom County, in the close-knit community of Sudden Valley, WA.

We have bought and sold real estate investment properties in recent years. Even after buying our current home, we still enjoy dropping by open houses just for fun. Creativity has always been my biggest strength. My background is in beauty and wellness, internet marketing, and I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit.
